What’s inside an Alleva sample pouch?
A portion of kibble from the same recipe as the bag: 70 g for Equilibrium and Care, 100 g for Holistic dog, 50 g for Holistic cat. It isn’t a “demo” formula: it’s exactly what you’ll find in the 1.5 to 12 kg bag. The wet kit contains full-size 85 g Paté trays.
Can I buy a pouch on its own?
No: pouches are added to your order from the bag page (“Try another flavour”) and ship in the same box, at €1.99 each. If you just want to taste, choose a tasting kit: shipping is included in the price.
My dog always eats chicken: can I try fish?
That’s exactly what the pouches are for. On every bag page you’ll find “Try another flavour”: pick the recipe you want to try and receive it with your order.
Can I order more than one tasting kit?
Yes, as many as you like: an order made only of tasting kits always ships free. If you add a bag, the order follows the usual shipping terms.
Are Care line samples for sale?
Yes, with the Care Kits: two pouches of the same diet, to check your pet accepts the food your vet has already prescribed. Care diets should not be used as a general tasting.
How do I move from the pouch to the bag?
Each flavour matches a product in the catalogue: from the line page (Equilibrium, Holistic, Natural, Care) find the bag with the same recipe and choose the best-value size per kg.
