Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label along with shipping instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.), personalized products (special orders, customized items, etc.), and personal care products (cosmetics, etc.). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding your item.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges
To receive the item you want quickly, return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, place a new order.

14-day cancellation period for the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order without providing a reason. The item must be returned in its original condition—unworn, unused, with its tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
