Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be available as subscriptions, pre-orders, or free trials. This cancellation policy explains how to modify or cancel these purchases.

Subscriptions

When you sign up for a subscription, you'll receive regular deliveries based on the duration and frequency you've chosen.

Your payment information will be stored securely, and you will be billed for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew them, you can cancel them.

You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails include a link to your order. You can manage your subscription from that page.

Pre-orders

When you pre-order a product, you are purchasing an item that is currently out of stock or will be available soon. We may not charge you at all, or we may only charge a partial deposit, when your order is confirmed. We will save your payment method, then process your order and charge the remaining balance at a later date.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you can no longer cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund. Please see our return policy for more information.
